Tickle-Me-GameCube

Looks Can Be Deceiving

Many people camped out at the stores on the GameCube's launch day, and it's a good thing they did.  Because many stores have sold out their stock of GameCubes, which isn't really surprising.

And NOA Vice President Perrin Kaplan has announced that the Nintendo GameCube generated about $100 million dollars on day 1.  Not only that, it also bypassed the highly anticipated movie Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in generated income.

There is definitely something more to that little Indigo cube than it seems...

Every store I have called, every website I've been to, it's the same thing:  They aren't talking anymore pre-orders!  And the only way to get a Cube is to either camp out at the store, or be there right when it opens.

The insanity, the turmoil, the people running around frantically.  Cube fever.  I love it!
